Josh, a graduate of Embry Riddle Aeronautical University over sees all of the day to day operations at Maxwells and personally tests and inspects every magneto. He is an A&P Certified Mechanic with Inspection Authorization. He is also an ATP Certified pilot and Flight Instructor with CFI, CFII and MEI ratings. He is fortunate to be assisted in the office by his father Wayne.
